Hospital food preparation

Everyone is aware of the importance of being sanitary in a hospital, particularly in a food preparation area.  To ensure sanitation, the entire area must be washed down and cleaned every 24 hours.  Leading Edge Designs was asked to provide lighting that would put light right where it is needed, and to do so in a way that could withstand this constant washing.  

The gallery shows an installation of Big Guy series lights using waterproof enclosures with only 1mm of bezel.  These lights use 1.25 watts each and increases the speed and productivity with which the food service workers can operate.
